Wecando can deliver
Consistent performer, Wecando has a genuine chance of returning to the winners circle in the 1100m Class 4 race on Sunday.
Wecando has only missed a place once in four Malaysian outings since his local debut in October. The nine year old appeared short of a run when finishing unplaced before easily accounting for a Class 4 lineup, winning by 3.75 lengths on November 12.
Wecando will be searching for redemption following two neck defeats last month, the most recent over 6 1⁄2 f on December 23 but can quickly atone on the distance drop this weekend.
