Race 2        ALDEBARAN BELLE
5/8/6/4
•    Had her first run against this suitable class when second at Ballarat last week
•    Likely to go back at the start from her wide draw and come with one run at the leaders
•    Appears to be well graded considering she is the winner of 9 races

Race 3        HOPPY
13/10/9/2
•    Very smart former New Zealand trotter that has been runner up in both of his Australian starts
•    Galloped at the start and produced an enormous effort behind Stately Salome at Geelong
•    Taking on a lot of inexperienced trotters in this event

Race 4        VAPAR JACK
8/2/9/1

•    Follows out behind a fast beginner in Ace Duigan

Race 5        CYCLONE LEBRON
6/2/7/8
•    Led throughout to win at Kilmore two starts ago
•    Endured a tough run when second at Yarra Valley last outing
•    Likely to progress forward at the start and look for the lead despite the wide draw

Race 6        ALDEBARAN DAHLIA
6/9/3/4
•    Missed away and made up a lot of ground at her latest eye-catching fifth
•    Attempted to lead throughout when second 3 + 4 starts back so likely to look for the lead again
•    Drivers colours is the same as carried by the legend Maori’s Idol in the 70’s and 80’s

Race 7        REDBANK MOLLY
11/7/8/10
•    Will appreciate a drop back in class on her recent performances
•    Finished off fast from a rearward position to win at Ararat 3 starts ago
•    Races best over the sprint distance and should be finishing off strongly

Race 8        BULLDOG KHAN
6/10/9/5
•    Struck peak form with 2 wins and a second from his past 3 starts
•    Fast beginner that is likely to be looking for the lead
•    Gets into this race nicely with the aid of a concession claim
